Accessibility statement

LoyalX should be usable by everyone: business owners, their staff and the customers who join their clubs.

This statement describes the running system but has not yet been approved in the legal review. The accessibility coordinator's name and direct contact details will be added when it is approved.

Standard and level

LoyalX targets Israeli Standard 5568, which adopts WCAG 2.0 at level AA, and checks its pages against WCAG 2.1 level AA. A formal external audit has not been carried out yet.

What we have done

  • Hebrew and Arabic are laid out right-to-left throughout, with English available; each page is in one language.
  • Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a “skip to content” link.
  • Headings, form labels, error messages and status messages are exposed to screen readers; errors are announced.
  • Text and controls meet AA contrast, and the layout works from small phone screens to desktop without horizontal scrolling.
  • At the counter, a customer can be found by typing their code instead of scanning a QR code.
  • Automated accessibility checks (axe, WCAG 2 A and AA) run on key pages in all three languages before every release.

Known limitations

  • The loyalty card inside Apple Wallet and Google Wallet is displayed by Apple and Google; its accessibility depends on their apps.
  • Scanning a QR code with the camera requires sight; the typed-code alternative is available on the staff screen.
  • Some printable materials (QR posters) are images; the join link is also given as text.

Reporting an accessibility problem

If something on LoyalX is hard or impossible to use, tell us what you were trying to do and on which page. We aim to reply within 5 business days.
